Art for Pharmaceuticals
Our experience in delivering workplace art strategies to the pharmaceutical sector spans 22 years. We work with companies across the industry, developing workplace art solutions for campuses, R&D facilities, laboratories and flag ship office spaces in the UK, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany.
Our approach to art for offices is firmly rooted in a desire to make people’s lives better. Workplace art has the power to enhance wellbeing, improve employee retention and engagement as well as impact on health and happiness. We love nothing more than to immerse ourselves in a company’s culture in order to innovate meaningful and engaging workplace art programs.
Little Van Gogh won the bid to create an art strategy for a UK-based commercial pharmaceutical, specialising in the manufacture and global export of medicine.
Art for the office was approached through an employee wellbeing lens, focusing our proposal on the enhancement of the experience of the 3,000 people on campus. The company showed a keen interest in energising the space, leading to the integration of a large scale workplace art exhibition. This exhibition showcases 110 original works of art by emerging artists and is changed every two months. The program continues to thrive, successfully connecting employees with the work of talented artists, all available for purchase for themselves, their friends and families.
Part of our employee engagement strategy also looked at celebrating the creative achievements of those working at the company. We developed an annual employee photography competition, the winning entries being showcased on campus and moved to a new part of the site every two months. The competition continues to be a great success, continuously growing with each year surpassing the previous years’ entry numbers.
